I started working at The Norwegian Mission Alliance in 2015 for Community development project. Currently, I am mainly in charge of Livelihood and Village Saving Loaning Association component as well as involving in other sectors of Climate change Resilience project.
My personal aspiration is to work in development projects. The Norwegian Mission Alliance continues to make this possible due to its meaningful work. I enjoy working with great colleagues who are honest and passionate about what they do. I appreciate that I have the opportunity to grow - both professionally and personally.
I have more than 10 years experience working in INGO environment and enjoy working in a cross- cultural atmosphere. Before I worked as Project Officer for Save the Children in some projects which support for street children and child labor.
In 2009, I started working at CARE international and supported for Community-based Organizations in HIV prevention for high risk groups and vulnerable children.
