I have been working for Mission Alliance in Vietnam since 2011. I am responsible for coordinating the NMAV’s programs in Vietnam, including Capital Aid Fund for Women’s Economic Development (CWED), one of the largest microfinance organisations in Vietnam.
I enjoy working in development areas and cooperating with marginalized groups to combat with injustices and defend for rights.
I hold a Bachelor of Economics Degree from National Economics University, Hanoi and a master’s degree in the Economics of Banking and Finance from ESCP Europe-Paris University and have over 20 years of practitioner experience in development (community, disability and health care) & finance, including programme operations for INGO microfinance institutes. I have also acted as Programme Manager for ORBIS South East Asia Representative office for blindness prevention and has supported a range of US, EU and UNHCR programmes in Vietnam.
