I have been working for NMA-V since July 2024 as a Project Leader for the Climate Change Resilience Project in Mekong Delta (period 2023–2027). I am responsible for four communes of Dong Thap Province.

The project's goal is to strengthen community resilience to the impacts of climate change. I collaborate closely with key partners including local authorities at all levels, the Women's Union, and other relevant departments to build community capacity. Our core activities focus on diversifying income sources, promoting community-based disaster risk management and protecting the environment.

I have 25 years of experience in the development sector, working for projects and programs in areas such as climate change resilience, community development, sustainable poverty reduction, environmental protection, healthcare and local economic development.

I feel fortunate to be part of the NMA family and truly enjoy my current role. I hope to make meaningful contributions to the success of both the project and the broader mission of NMA. I am eager to learn new things from my supervisors, colleagues, partners and people.
