TRANSITION IN INCLUSIVE EDUCATION
This poster helps educational managers, teachers, and parents understand difficulties that children with disabilities are facing when entering a completely new learning environment such as class change and school change as well as offers solutions to increase inclusion for students in transition period.
Working with schools, NMAV realize that the drop- out rate is very high during and after transition. It will limit the social inclusion for children with disability.
