Sending the warmest greetings to all. I come from Can Tho province belonging to Mekong delta- the southern region of Viet Nam.

Having 17 years of experience working with governmental institutions, INGOs help me to experience extensive on diversify sectors such as climate change resilience waste management, disaster risk management, water and sanitation… Together with various local partners, I have had chance to contribute my competence to support for target people who are living in vulnerable areas such as women, children, poor, nearly poor and others to increase their competence, their capacity to move forward on quality of life and also contribute for community development work in short and long term.

Presently, I’m working for NMAV organization since June 2014 as provincial manager, focusing on climate change resilience and deeply work with vulnerable community and vulnerable people in Mekong Delta to have knowledge and skill to cope with climate change. In specific, I’m in charge on livelihood smart model and capacity building for community and local government on disaster risk reduction and climate changes relevant.

It is my honour to be a part on development work and together with NMAV organization to bring better life, better chances, better changes for vulnerable people and community.
